Dr. Apostle Julius Suubi carries a superior anointing for intercession and is fondly known as the “Apostle of prayer” and describes his mandate as; Preach the Good News, Raising Disciples and an Army of Prayer Warriors and Intercessors who awaken the end time revival in communities, cities, nations, across the globe.  He has earned a distinguished reputation globally as a voice of prayer and has an authentic prophetic mantle for taking the gospel to the nations.

Born in Uganda, God called him out of politics in 1996 and into full-time ministry. In 2000, God sent him to Kenya where he founded the Highway of Holiness Ministry International, with its headquarters in Nairobi. He later began Exploits Worship Centre church in December 2002, based in the city centre.

As the Senior Pastor of Exploits Worship Centre, he leads the ministry alongside, Rev. He sits on the board of the Seraphic Trust which engages in national transformation in Kenya.

Pastor Kayanja started the Miracle Centre as a papyrus reed structure, together with a few other young ministers. Today it is among the region’s largest church buildings, accommodating over 10,000 people. He is also overseer of the Miracle Bible College, the Never Again Children’s Project and the Kapeeka Orphanage. In addition, she is the Chair of the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders which has met together since 1999.

He is the Presiding Archbishop and Founder of the Christian Foundation Fellowship (CFF) Kenya, a denomination that was established in 1997 and currently has a network of two hundred and twenty churches in Kenya and a branch in South Africa. Prior to this, he trained under the Revelations Ministry, in Nyandarua County, where he was ordained as a pastor in 1993 and served as overseer of seven churches from 1995 to 1997. He leads the CFF ministry alongside his wife, Rev. Lucy Harrison and a team of exceptionally gifted pastors.
